At Rosie’s Sweet Atelier, every item is crafted with great care and attention. Because of the nature of our products and food safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
That said, your satisfaction means a lot to us.
If there is any issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, unexpected damage during delivery, or anything that doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us right away through our Contact Us page.
We kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos so we can fully understand the situation. We will carefully review every case and, whenever possible, do our best to find a solution.
While we cannot accept returns of food items, we truly value your trust and will always make every reasonable effort to ensure you feel taken care of.
